- Every Praakrutik soap is checked for quality before being packed.
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving the order.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Standard Delivery: We aim to deliver all orders within 7-8 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your package’s journey.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and your delivery location.
- Any “Free Shipping” offers are applicable only to the terms mentioned at the time of the promotion.
4. Delivery Areas
- We ship across India. If our courier partners do not service your specific Pincode, we will contact you to find an alternative solution or issue a refund if delivery is impossible.
5. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate. Praakrutik Soap is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to re-send the order.
6. Order Acceptance on Delivery
- If the package appears heavily damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it.
