Refund and Returns Policy
At Praakrutik Soap, we provide handcrafted, organic personal care products. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, we follow a strict policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns.
1. No Cancellation & No Refund Before Delivery
- Immediate Processing: Once you place an order for our soaps, the process of packaging and dispatch begins immediately.
- Final Sale: We do not offer any cancellations or refunds once an order is confirmed. Please ensure your selection is correct before completing the payment.
- No Pre-Delivery Refunds: There is no provision for a refund or change of mind after the order is placed but before it reaches your doorstep.
2. No Returns After Delivery
- Hygiene & Safety: Because our products are organic and for personal use, we cannot accept returns once the product has been delivered.
- Purity Guarantee: To guarantee that every customer receives a fresh, untouched product, we do not restock or accept items back into our inventory.
3. Damages and Missing Items
We take great care in our packaging. However, in the rare event of a shipping error:
- Reporting: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a replacement, you must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the shipping label and the damage/error.
- Replacement: If the claim is verified, Praakrutik Soap will send a replacement of the same product at no extra cost. We do not offer cash refunds in these cases.
4. Non-Eligible Scenarios
We do not offer replacements or refunds for:
- Minor variations in color or scent (natural traits of organic, handcrafted soaps).
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
- Orders that are refused at the time of delivery.
